We are so excited to welcome Giampaolo Motta from La Massa in Chianti Classico to Barolo Grill on Thursday, July 18th! Giampaolo took over this historic estate that dates back to the 15th century in 1992, and has restored the vineyards and the cellar to a dream of a winery. We visited him on a staff trip to Italy years ago, and are so excited to welcome him to Denver! We will explore multiple vintages of the reds that he produces from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, & Merlot. The lineup will include some older gems from our very own cellar (including large format!) This dinner is going to be a special one. We hope you'll join us!
