We are so excited to welcome Giuseppe Vajra, 2nd generation of G.D. Vajra winery in Barolo, to the restaurant on Wednesday, March 11th. We have visited Giuseppe a few times on our Annual Staff Trips to Italy (most recently in 2024) and we are delighted to welcome him to our space and return the hospitality. Giuseppe is an amazing storyteller, and his passion for his family's wines is infectious. At the dinner, we'll share the wide range of wines Vajra produces, including their Langhe Riesling, Freisa, Barbera Superiore, and of course a few Barolos from our cellar as well. We will also have an exclusive opportunity to take home some cru Barolos from the stellar 2021 vintage that evening! We hope you'll join us for what is sure to be a memorable night.
