We are delighted to welcome the lovely Michela Magliano of Cordero San Giorgio to the restaurant for an inaugural visit. We met Michela at the property last summer on the final day of our annual staff trip. She treated us to a day of incredible wines and hospitality, and it became our favorite visit! Her partner Lorenzo Cordero started the winery with his two siblings in Oltrepo Pavese, a region in Lombardia on the 45th parallel, known for their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The family has winemaking history in the Langhe, and make a small production of classic Piemontese wines from historic vineyards.  At the dinner, we'll try their entire range of wines from both regions. Cordero San Giorgio is a winery that is still under the radar. This is a great opportunity to discover what will certainly be an iconic producer in the years to come. We hope you'll join us for a wonderful evening of food, wine, and true Italian hospitality!
